Staying Focused on Fundraising

UPDATE 2/22/07:
We've had another slow week... let's keep the energy flowing through this project... the highest potential... fulfill the goal... WE CAN ACHIEVE IT!!! There's been a beautiful run so far... and we've only got a couple more weeks before the ChipIn widget expires... and I want so very much to reach the goal so that I can send a check with all of the energy of Zaadz ALL OVER IT!!! Yes, I will send Luke one of the Zaadz t-shirts that I have to sport during his stay at the camp -- as well as cards to hand out to his fellow campers... who knows, a new pod can develop from this camp... a way for campers to stay in touch after they go home!!! With Zaadz, ANY THING IS POSSIBLE!!!
UPDATE 2/10/07:
"This is a very important email regarding your ChipIn event that you have with us. Since you are using ChipIn to hold and process your funds, please read this email carefully as we will be ending all events where we hold the funds on March 9, 2007." I received this email notification from ChipIn... they are changing their services... so that shaves 1 week off of my using this widget to collect contributions.... SOOOO... let's kick it up folks! We can still reach this goal! Let's make it happen!!!
I would like to keep this event at the top of my blog entries so that we can keep working towards the goal ... remember, this is empowering a young individual to pursue a dream! We are here to inspire and empower each other... and a donation as small as $5 will add up and help reach that goal! All the help we can get will allow Luke to receive proper, professional training in a profession that he is passionate about achieving!
Let's help make this dream a reality.... keep donating dollars towards the event.... and hopefully we can (well, technically, I will) send the Camp a check early so that he is admitted without any stress of deadlines!

It's been too quiet…. please consider a buck ot two… any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Stats notes: 44 days to raise $1300 is approximately $30 per day. That's 6 people per day at $5 each. (believe me there are innumerable other combinations, but I will refrain from posting all the probable combinations to reach $1300)
Right now this is my primary goal… in other words…. I am putting my very active blogging style on hold to make this fundraising event top priority… I will be updating the goal stats every so often to give everyone an idea of how many days and how many dollars.
43 days (counting today) to raise $1275; that's still approximately $30 per day (again 6 people per day at $5 each).
Let's get to work on this fundraiser!! We can achieve this goal!!

Thanks, Duff! I couldn't agree more with you!! Children who are passionate about their goals…. it's inspiring to see it… and a bit contagious… makes me what to keep achieving and believing in my new goals!
Current stats for completion:
38 days remaining (73% of time remaining) and $1090 ($1190 less the $100 I have in savings - which is 72.67% of goal remaining) to be raised; this is an approximate need of $29.00 per day. We have definitely brought the project back up to current to make up for the weekend receiving no donations… I still believe we can achieve this goal!!! Thanks SO much to all of the people who've been a dynamic part of this event!
